Log into your Nutrifactor account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, removing any previous delivery barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
